When Life Church Reno approached us about producing a compelling story film for their 2025 Easter services, we were thrilled to see how we could take their ideas and produce a meaningful moment for their church as they reflect on the meaning of Easter.
Capturing Ron & Judy’s story was a special time for us. Judy was a long-time believer, and she and Ron both were very open to share about their present challenges, and how their faith in Christ has upheld them. Here’s the full film:
Hearing how much they trusted God despite Judy’s struggling really inspired us to hold on to an eternal perspective, no matter what we’re going through.
Judy shared the moment she was saved at a Billy Graham crusade. This detail sparked inspiration with us in the editing room, where we could create a moment that would stir the congregation to lean in as the film began, and pull out a snippet from what we believe to be a recording of the actual crusade that Judy was saved in. That is how the film begins, and we included footage of Billy Graham’s altar call as Judy recalled that moment in her life to tie it all together.
We shot, edited and delivered the film within a few weeks of Easter services. We were grateful to be a part of making that moment happen, and also give Ron & Judy the opportunity to share their faith in such a unique and special way.
